1. Information We Collect

The Extension stores the following data locally in your browser:

• Saved Keepa Product Finder query configurations (form field names and values)
• Query metadata (names, creation/update timestamps, favorite status)
• Extension preferences (license expiration date, UI preferences)
• If you choose to register for the optional free upgraded tier: your name, email address, and registration timestamp

The Extension does NOT collect, store, or transmit:

• Browsing history, cookies, or activity on any website
• Analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking data

During free registration, your name and email address are transmitted via HTTPS to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form handling service, to record your registration. This is the only external network request the Extension makes. This data is not sold or shared with any third party.

During license activation (comped/internal access only), an email address is entered to validate a license key. This email is used solely for cryptographic validation within the browser and is immediately discarded. It is never saved, stored, or transmitted anywhere.

2. How We Use Your Information

Saved query data is used exclusively to:

• Store your Keepa Product Finder search configurations
• Restore saved configurations when you load a query
• Sync your favorite query references across devices (via Chrome Sync)

3. Data Storage and Security

Query definitions are stored locally in your browser using the browser's built-in Extension Storage API (chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync).

The Extension makes one external network request: during free registration, your name and email are transmitted via HTTPS to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form handling service, to record your registration. No other data is sent to any external server.

Chrome Sync data (favorite query references only — not full query data) is handled by Google's Chrome Sync infrastructure and is subject to Google's privacy practices.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. When you register for the free upgraded tier, your name and email are transmitted to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form handling service, solely to process the registration submission. Web3Forms acts as a delivery service; your data is not used for advertising or shared further. The Extension has no analytics services and no advertising.

5. Your Rights and Control

You have full control over your data:

• View all saved queries in the Extension's side panel
• Delete any or all saved queries at any time
• Uninstall the Extension to remove all stored data
• Deactivate your license at any time from the Settings page

6. Data Retention

Query data and preferences persist in your browser until you delete them or uninstall the Extension. If you registered for the free upgraded tier, your name and email were transmitted to Web3Forms to process that registration; retention of that data is governed by Web3Forms' privacy policy.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
